The Short Version

TrufinOps does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or financial information. All calculations happen entirely in your browser. We have no database of your inputs because we never receive them.

What Data We Collect

We collect no personal data and no financial inputs. The numbers you enter into our calculators (loan amounts, interest rates, SIP amounts, etc.) are processed locally in your browser using JavaScript and are never sent to our servers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled (anonymize_ip: true) to understand aggregate usage patterns — such as which pages are most visited and where our traffic comes from. This data is anonymized and does not identify individual users. No financial inputs are captured by analytics.

Cookies

We use minimal session cookies only for Google Analytics purposes. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any cookies that collect personal financial information.

Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics: Anonymized usage analytics. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Fonts: Typography. Font files are loaded from Google's servers.
• jsDelivr CDN: Chart.js and XLSX libraries loaded from jsDelivr for calculator functionality.

RentSafe — Paid Service Data Handling

When you use our RentSafe TDS filing service, we collect and process the following personal information solely for the purpose of completing your Form 26QC filing:

• Your full name and PAN number
• Your landlord's name and PAN number
• Rent amount and rental period
• Contact email address for filing confirmation and certificate delivery

Retention: RentSafe filing data is retained for 7 years as required under Indian income tax record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data by contacting us.

Sharing: We share your PAN and rent details with the Income Tax Department via TRACES and TIN-NSDL portals as part of the Form 26QC filing process. We also share filing details with Razorpay for payment processing. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party beyond what is required to complete your filing.

Security: All RentSafe data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorised team members only.

No Advertising

TrufinOps displays no advertisements and does not participate in any advertising networks. We do not sell or share data with advertisers.
